Paul supports SloanLED’s growth across EMEA and ROW through coordinated business development activities, partner engagement, and the advancement of the company’s digital capabilities. He oversees the development of CRM and lead-generation frameworks, strengthens data-driven sales processes, and contributes to SloanLED’s transition toward modern, AI-supported tools and customer applications.

With a career in the graphic and sign industry dating back to 1993, Paul has worked for several global leaders in the sector, holding sales and marketing management roles covering Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. He brings deep expertise in sign manufacturing, vinyl applications, car wrapping, product development, wayfinding, and LED lighting technologies — often combining his technical knowledge with his background in graphic design and web development.

Alongside his business development responsibilities, Paul serves as the primary commercial contact for the Benelux, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, and the Middle East. Based in Greece, he regularly visits customers and partners throughout these regions, ensuring strong relationships, consistent project support, and a close understanding of local market needs.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys playing music — mainly flute and percussion — and supports the international jazz community through several personal projects. He also loves exploring the trails of his home island of Syros.
