Its prominent position along the A28 motorway, combined with its unique architectural design and vibrant façade, makes it one of the most distinctive buildings in the area. Surrounded by structures with darker exteriors, its bright and eye-catching color palette ensures it captures attention at first glance. Utrecht itself is one of the most economically robust and dynamic metropolitan regions in the Netherlands—making it a strategic location for businesses seeking visibility and impact.
For this project, our valued customer De Goede Visuele Communicatie collaborated with their client Brivek to deliver high-impact visual branding. De Goede fabricated and installed a stunning set of Channel Letters that now grace the façade of the BusinessCenter, enhancing its already striking presence.
To achieve maximum brightness and uniformity with minimal components, De Goede chose our VL5 LED modules—a product known for its powerful performance and efficiency. Thanks to the high luminous efficacy of the VL5, the signage required fewer modules without compromising on visibility or aesthetics, ensuring both energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Using our advanced LED Wizard 8 software, we conducted an in-depth lighting analysis to determine the optimal layout and configuration for illuminating the channel letters. This included a detailed photometric study, enabling us to provide a precise design plan with exact module placement, expected light output, and energy consumption calculations.
The result? A seamless installation process, guided by our professional drawings and data, which translated perfectly from plan to execution. This approach significantly reduced installation time, while also offering Brivek valuable documentation for future reference—including lumen output and energy usage.
